About Jim

I spent 40 years in television production and found my place as a line producer. Big crews, impossible deadlines, no margin for error. It was demanding, stressful, and often exhilarating. I was good at it.

Then the industry shifted, and I found myself on the other side of a career that had shaped a big part of my identity.

I'm not going to pretend it was easy. It wasn't. But somewhere in that uncomfortable stretch between what was and what came next, I started listening more closely to men who were 5, 10, or 15 years ahead of me. What they got right. What they would do differently. What they wish someone had known sooner.

That's what became The Post Game.

I'm 60, based in White Rock, BC. Married for 40 years. Grandfather of two. Founder of the White Rock Men's Group, now 275 members and growing.

I don't have it all figured out. But I'm paying close attention, and I'm sharing what I learn.

If this is your chapter too, you're in the right place.
